Lloyds House Price Index (MoM)

The Lloyds House Price Index, released by the HBOS, is the UK's longest-running monthly house price series and presents house prices and property price movements on a like-for-like basis. Housing prices are considered a key indicator of inflationary pressures. A high reading is seen as positive (or bullish) for the British Pound (GBP), while a low reading is seen as negative (or bearish).
