RBA must raise interest rates and may need to prompt a recession

Australia seems likely to need a recession to get inflation back into the Reserve Bank’s target band of 2 to 3 per cent. The consumer price index has risen 3.5 per cent over the last year.
The most worrying feature is the composition.
