US labor market adds 165K jobs in Oct. - much higher than the expected 70K

The US labor market grew by 165,000 nonfarm payroll jobs in the month of October, according to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) — above economists' forecasts of 70,000.
Additionally, the unemployment rate ticked down slightly to 4.1%
